Ours are customized private tours given by a bilingual CPA and professional translator who finds it enjoyable to welcome people from all over the world to her neighboring community. Due to her limited availability the tours are organized on an irregular basis. Thank you.

- Viewing of the Frozen Tuna auctions (between 5:00am and 6:15am) included.
- Strolling and shopping in the inner/outer markets. Many stands are there for those who work at the market and professional buyers who come to the market. Basically, everything including a clinic, a library, and an inn with a spa is in there, you can actually live there!
- Try out the gourmet Sushi that even satisfies sushi chefs.
- 7,000 to 10,000 yen (depending on the availability) per hour for a group of 1-4.

- Strolling Old Tsukiji Quarter (Tsukiji was a settlement for foreigners back in the early 1900s. Full of landmarks!).
- Strolling Old Tsukishima (10 to 30 minutes from the market) area included.
- Tsukiji and Tsukishima areas are remarkable downtown spots that were not burned down during the WWII where are the center of attention by many historians today. You can see old architecture and the interesting lives of local people.
- In Tsukishima you can see narrow streets and canals. Nothing but Monjya restaurants on the streets! Amazing! Hollywood stars and MLB Matsui are fascinating patrons.

Tour Details:
- Each tour will be for a GROUP OF 4 OR LESS. This is in relation to the new rule imposed by the Metropolitan Government effective April 1st, 2008.
- Reservations should be made preferably ONE WEEK BEFORE to secure your spots.
- Scheduled only on the business days of the Tsukiji Fish Market,
Sundays/National Holidays are closed,
Occasional Wednesdays are closed also. - Transportation to/from the fish market not included. Ask for a pick-up if necessary with an extra charge.
- Gratuities will be appreciated.
Meals:
- The tour fees do NOT include breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.
- Please pay for yourself at a restaurant.
- The meal costs vary according to your preferences.
- They usually range from 1,000 yen (a bowl of rice with sashimi, raw fish, at a stand) to 4,000 (Omakase-Sushi full course at a sushi bar) without drinks.
- These are fairly lower than the average sushi prices prevailing across Tokyo.
- Most Sushi bars don't accept credit cards.
- Most Sushi bars have limited numbers of seats. You will be requested to order at least one dish. (You cannot share one dish with two.)
- Meal hours may vary if you want to wait in line for popular stands (1-2H).
- Be prepared to wait in line for hours (definitely worth the wait though) if you want to eat at 5-star (taste and price) popular restaurants.
- The freshness is 1000% guaranteed!
- Will recommend best restaurants in either the inner restaurant rows or the outer market per your requests.
- Our guide will be happy to eat with you in a restaurant/stand if you request; however, please pay the restaurant bill there (not the guide fee during the meal).

DOS AND DONTS in THE MARKET
- The auctions are mostly limited to professional traders only, please don't interfere with the auctions activities with:
CAMERA FLASHES
(It makes difficult for traders to identify the hand signs to tell prices.)
and
STANDING IN THE WAYS.

(They must transport the products to their customers.)
- Please be careful with the motor carts in the narrow streets.
- Please NEVER touch the marine products without permission.
- Participation of CHILDREN under 12 not allowed for a safety reason.
- Please don't ware sandals and/or high heels because the market floor is very slippery.
- Please get dressed in old clothes that can get wet or dirty.
- Please have you insured with proper travel insurance as our tours are NOT insured.
